Bear Naked, the podcast, is only one piece of the glorious puzzle we are building for women.

Our goal is to empower women in multiples way. Daily affirmations and creating community is one way (check out our Instagram), and speaking up about women's issues - all of the issues we can possibly think of - is another (check out our podcast)...​

The long term goal is to create an NPO (Momma Beare) that caters specifically to women and children. More community, more resources, more help, more change, because that is what we deserve.
